
Lance and Sharon Hurley
Lance Hurley has been an avid student of history
since a small child. He graduated from the University of Texas with
a Major in History.

Lance's ancestor was a drummer boy in the American Revolution. Lance is also distantly related to George Washington.
Lance served his country as a Captain in the United States Marine
Corps. His military specialty was Intelligence and he was offered an
appointment as a Special Agent with the FBI upon completion of
active duty.
Lance was captain of his Battalion football team,
and now runs the 200 Meters in Masters Track and Field competition.
Lance was a Life Scout and a member of the Order of the Arrow. His
first merit badge was for Public Speaking.
Lance is a two time winner of the
state of Arizona Toastmasters International Speech Contest and was a
charter member of the National Speakers Association.
Lance is an ordained Minister and has received his Doctor of
Ministry from Phoenix University of Theology. Lance is
affiliated with Athletes International.
In Lance’s “other life” he is a
Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered
Financial Consultant, and a Certified Financial Planner.
He was a Bank Executive for eight years and in
total has over 40 years experience in advising highly compensated business
executives, business owners on all aspects of their personal financial and
estate planning.
Lance has given over 750 public seminars. He
has had his own radio talk show, and for seven years wrote a weekly column
on financial planning
He has addressed numerous financial planning
conventions and been interviewed on television, radio and by national
publications for his views on financial planning.
Lance has been the number one producer for
several life insurance companies and is frequently sought out by his peers
for advice.
Lance is uniquely qualified to bring the
wisdom of Washington and Henry and applying the lessons
learned from the struggles and obstacles of the American Revolution period
to those principles of business, organization, management and sales, to
the challenges facing business organizations
today.
He and his wife Sharon have four children and three grandchildren.


Sharon plays an integral part in
Founding Fathers Ministry, both in singing patriotic songs and interaction as Mrs.
Henry and Mrs. Washington! Sharon's ancestor was a Corporal in
the Continental Army.
In 1991, she felt the Lord drawing her to lead
praise and worship in her ministry: "Handmaiden for His Glory." This
name was given to her by the Lord during prayer time.
Sharon plays the keyboard, and has composed both
the words and lyrics for some of her music.
Sharon has served as Praise and Worship Leader
for several churches in the Phoenix Metro area.
Sharon has also led praise and worship for
several women's conferences.
